SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers towards the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering expert services including new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency reported it's alarmed with regard to the higher variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a higher variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office committed to service the area on a regular basis. The assistance place made for intervention click here activities a significant inflow of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it difficult for your Workplace to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more means to enable the servicing of all consumers and raise usage of Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
